Detailed Engineering:

• Attending Kick off meetings, detailed review of customer’s specifications and raising queries for missing information / Conflict requirements/for clarity in scope & Technical requirements

• Associating closely with the Process Engineering group for the preparation and review of Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) to ensure instrumentation and control requirements were accurately reflected.

• Preparation , Review and finalization of Cause and Effect (C&E) Diagrams along with process group.

• Preparation , Review and finalization of Logic diagrams including Write ups for developing logics in Control Systems by Vendor/Supplier.

• Preparation , Review and finalization of Auto Control schemes (including narratives) for developing Control Loops in Control Systems by Vendor/Supplier.

• Preparation of Technical specifications / Data sheets for all types of field Instruments and Automated Valves.

• Creation of instrument index. •Preparation of wiring diagrams, JBs Termination detailed drawings and cable schedule etc.

• Preparation of I/O List, Point database, etc. for DCS and PLC

• 2D/3D Drawings: Preparation , Review and finalization of Plant Models, location and layout drawings for Instruments, JBs, Local panels, etc.

Detailed Engineering:

• Technical evaluations and Technical alignment for instrument , valves and control systems

• Preparation of MR, Floating Enquiries to Vendors, Obtaining quotations, Technical & Commercial evaluation of offers, Technically Qualifying vendors for placing orders and Negotiation with Vendors or finalizing and placing order by our customers.

• Review of Vendor’s documents for all Instruments, valves, control systems and BMS Systems
